Refund Policy

Payments for RevaBox Shot Studio subscriptions are processed through Paystack. Because subscription access is delivered digitally, refund requests are reviewed individually. If you were charged in error, were charged after a cancellation that should have stopped renewal, or experienced a material payment problem, contact the site operator with your account email and payment reference. Where a refund is approved, the refund will be processed through the applicable payment method and Paystack's processing rules. Cancelling a subscription stops future renewal where supported by the subscription status; it does not automatically create a refund for a period that has already started. This policy may be updated as the service and payment arrangements change.
